I first met Nicky when we both were in kindergarten at Roosevelt School in Perry. We remained good friends until her move from Perry. Our class always invited her to our reunions, and she did attend one of them. It was so good to see her again. My sincere sympathy to her family. She was one of a kind.

To Nicky's family, our sincerest condolences. We first met Nicky at Mason Ridge school where our son Brad was in class with Bessie and Pam. Then we loved the Greek Gourmet and always getting a chance to visit with her there. She always had a smile on her face, especially as we would run into her in later years. I know she will be missed. My deepest sympathy for the loss of your kind and generous mother. I was new to St. Louis in 1990 and found the Greek Gourmet. Your mother was always so kind and sweet to my two children. Then years later I joined the grieving group she hosted, as I was devastated by the loss of both my parents, and being a single mom. It felt like "vacation" going to your mom's because she took such good care of us. She lit up a room with her smile. Rest in peace sweet Nicky, you will be missed.

We want to express our deepest sympathies. May her memory be eternal. Her love for the church is an example to all.

I don't think there is one member of the Class of '63 from Perry who didn't adore Nicky. In my mind, she always had a smile for each of us and she was always fun to be around. I see her now in a little cheer leading skirt shouting out "Go Bluejays" Sending prayers for acceptance of your loss.
