My dear scooter 8 years without you and it seems as if it were yesterday that we lost you. Time doesn’t always heal all wounds, you just learn to live with it. I miss you so much I always think of you. Love you always and forever titi Raquel

Larry my brother..... Its so hard to believe your gone. We had so many good times together and I cherish every single one of them. You were an incredible person with such a big heart. Always respectful and always the first person to help. I'll never forget the time you gave me the CD straight from your CD player of your impala. You said "here bro you can have It I know much you Like this album". It just goes to show the angel you really are. You would give the shirt off your back for anyone who needed it. Regardless of how hard it is to accept this I know your in a better place. My condolences to the Owens family......Until next time we meet my brother. I'll be Missin you. Much love...

Larry was always sure to say "hi" and "bye" when I went to the gym, even remembered to wish me a happy birthday. He was always very geniune when he spoke and made sure to look people in the eyes when he spoke, he was not being polite because his job required it, he was polite because he had a good heart & soul. I learned of his passing today and it took me a few minutes to get passed the front desk, grasping that his smile would no longer be there to greet me or say goodbye. Although I only interacted with him for moments at a time, he left a much longer impression on me. His presence will missed. My deepest sympathies to his family.

My sweet son scooter ,
I still can't believe you have gone from us to soon. But I guess God had a better plan for you. Son my heart die a little the day I lost you and there's no words that could express the way I feel right now. Just know that you will be forever in my heart and I thank you for choosing me as your mom and every morning when I hear that bird sing I will always think of you. " The Scootie bird" ....When Larry was a little boy he heard a bird and he said " Mommy that bird is calling me Scootie,Scootie and I said yes honey that is the Scootie bird" and he looked at me and gave me the biggest smile. .. So rest in God 's perfect peace my son until I see you again.

I love you,
Mom

While the loss of a loved one is never easy, even when anticipated, it is most certainly the hardest when they are taken from us too soon. Your recent loss of your beloved Scotter whose tragic death at such a youthful age is definitely in the category of those hard losses.

We ask for God's blessings on your family. May you find the courage and strength to move forward in peace and confidence by remembering you do not walk alone.

In deepest sympathy.
