Mary T. Ricci

AGE: 95 • Buena Borough

Mary T. Ricci, 95, of Buena Borough, died peacefully on December 4, 2015, following a brief illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born and raised in Glassboro, New Jersey where she attended the Glassboro Public Schools. Mary worked in her earlier years as a Glass Inspector for Dougherty Brothers Glass Company and later was employed by the Buena Regional Board of Education in the Before and After School "Latch Key" Programs. Additionally, Mary was a faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Victories Church. Mary absolutely loved family gatherings, especially around the holidays, and adored spending time with her loved ones, in particular her grandchildren. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her family and enjoyed watching Lawrence Welk, Family Feud and old movies. She was an avid Eagles fan and faithfully watched the games each Sunday. Mary always looked forward to the warmer months and sitting under the trees in her back yard where she would talk with family and friends for hours.

Mary is survived by her sons Lawrence Ricci, Jr. and his wife Joan and David Ricci and his wife Diana, and her three grandchildren Lauren Ricci, Christopher Ricci and his wife Amanda, and Jonathan Ricci. She is also survived by other close family members and friends, including nephew Nicholas Galli and his wife Mary, cousin Delores McConnell and her husband Raymond, and close friend and neighbor Andrea Nese and her husband William. Mary is predeceased by her husband Lawrence Ricci, Sr. "Lanky," infant grandson Lawrence Ricci, III, parents Anthony and Josephine Munafo, sisters Pauline Nastasi and Rose Galli, and brothers Anthony "Bootsie," Joseph and Paul Munafo.

A church visitation will be held on Wednesday morning from 9:15am to 11:15am followed by a funeral mass at 11:30am. from Our Lady Of The Blessed Sacrament- Church Of Our Lady Of Victories, 202 Northwest Boulevard, Landisville. Interment will be in Our Lady Of Victories Cemetery, Landisville. Arrangements are under the supervision of Rone Funeral Service, 1110 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360. So very sorry for your loss. I remember everyday speaking with her at the Sacred Heart School parking lot waiting for the kids to be dismissed. A wonderful woman.
