Mr. Clise was my 3rd grade teacher back in 1990-1991. I was not a fast learner by any means and he was very patient with me. Deepest condolences to his family.

Don was such a gentle patient soul. Just a wonderful person to be with. I remember he made "lite" desserts for the ladies in Book Club and he set up a wonderful model train display that brought out the kid in all of us. He will be missed by so many.
We are thinking of you Irene and keeping you in our prayers.

Don was my 6th grade teacher at Griffin School and I will remember him for his wry sense of humor. Last saw him at a reunion in 1999. Condolences to the family.

Mr. Clise was my math teacher while I was a student at Washington Middle School in the mid eighties. He was kind and patient. Math was a difficult subject for me and he spent a lot of time patiently helping me. I was lucky to have him as my math teacher for all three years. He did have such a warm smile and he would get as excited as I would when I would finally understand the concept. He would be proud because I am now a director at a large company where I use numbers and statistics daily and I love math.
Thank you Mr. Clise. All my best to his family.

Irene, Steve and I are sad to hear about Don. He was a wonderful person and we are better to have known him.
