October 25, 1934 – June 20, 2016
It is with profound sadness that the family of Melvin Jasken of Bruno, SK, announces his sudden and unexpected death at his residence on Monday, June 20, 2016. He was 81 years of age. The Prayer Service for Melvin will be held at St. Bruno R.C. Church, Bruno, on Thursday, June 23, 2016, at 7:30 p.m., led by Fr. Joseph Ackerman, OSB. The Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Anthony's R.C. Church, Lake Lenore, on Friday, June 24, 2016, at 3:00 p.m., celebrated by Fr. Joseph Ackerman, OSB. Interment will follow at St. Anthony's R.C. Cemetery, Lake Lenore. Memorial donations may be directed to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Canadian Cancer Society, the St. Bruno R.C. Cemetery Fund or the St. Anthony's R.C.
