Vera Kraker Obituary

Kraker, Vera PRESTON HOLLOW Vera Kraker, 74 years of Preston Hollow, N.Y., passed away on February 27, 2013 at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's in Albany. She was born in the Bronx on January 2, 1939, daughter of the late Carl and Betty (Viernei sel) Prange. Vera was a life long homema ker. She loved gardening and was known by her family and friends as a "Gentleman Farmer". She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother and a friend to many. Besides her parents, Vera was predeceased by her husband, Alois Kraker Jr. Surviving is her daughter, Victiria H. Kraker (Lee); her sons, Alois (Lou) Kraker (Karen), Karl Kraker (Amy); her grandchildren, Seth, Michael and Stephanie Kraker, George and Erich Geldner; and a sister, Eleanor Hafer. Funeral service will be on Monday, March 4, 12 noon at the A.J. Cunningham Funeral Home, 4898 SR81, Greenville, N.Y. Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon prior to the service. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
