Jack Teeters Obituary
Jack B. Teeters passed away peacefully on May 7, 2018 in Seminole, FL. He was born on August 13, 1935 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Ida H. Mackey and Bert V. Teeters. Jack retired from Cain & Bultman, Inc, after 39 years. He was a loving father, grandfather and friend. He enjoyed reading, music, travel and golf. He mostly enjoyed spending time with family. He was a committed Christian and active member of San Jose Catholic Church for many years and more recently St. Matthews.
He is survived by his 3 daughters Melissa (Mark) Zadra, Julie Teeters, Gretchen (George) Sorelle and 3 sons Dan (Karen) Teeters, Chris (Dianna) Teeters, Craig Teeters. Grandchildren Melanie (Anthony) Guettler, Matt (Jenn) Zadra, Greg Sorelle, Cecilia (Andrew) Crouch, Blaire Teeters, Barrett Teeters, Brendan Teeters, Jessica (Billy) Falconio, Jack Teeters, Cody Teeters, Chase Teeters, Amber Teeters and 8 Great Grandchildren. His sister Barbara Whitmer of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and brother Bruce Teeters of Ormond Beach, FL.
A memorial service will be held on June 8, 2018 at 11:00 am at San Jose Catholic Church at 3619 Toledo Road, Jacksonville.
Memorial contributions may be offered to Suncoast Hospice, 5771 Roosevelt Blvd., Clearwater, FL 33760.
