Bernard DeMarinis

Bernard DeMarinis, 59, of Bergenfield passed away on August 18, 2014. Beloved husband of Mary DeMarinis (nee Morano). Loving father of Chris and Vicky DeMarinis. Dear brother of Dennis and Priscilla DeMarinis. Loving uncle of Denny, Christian, Jimmy and Brea and great uncle of Isabella. He was a Marketing Specialist for Allegiance Retail Services in Iselin, NJ. He was longtime member of the Bergenfield Lions Club. Bernie was an active leader with Boy Scout Troop 139 and a member of the Order of the Arrow where he received Vigil and the Founder's Award. He worked on the staff for the yearly Weboree at Camp No-Be-Bo-Sco and was a proud supporter of Camp Lewis. Bernie was also a leader of Venture Crew 139. Visiting on Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield. All will gather at the funeral home on Friday at 9 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, Bergenfield at 10 AM followed by a private cremation.
