Donald William Svonavec

Donald was born on June 15, 1931 and passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2019. Donald was a resident of Listie, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Don was a 1949 graduate of Somerset Township High School, he was co-owner and operator with his brother of D&J Coal Company, and later worked as a federal mine inspector until his retirement. A vigil for the deceased will be conducted at 1:45 p.m. Sunday following by visitation from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Somerset, a funeral mass will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Peter's Catholic Church with Father Angelo Patty Celebrant.
