Doris was born on November 10, 1938 and passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017. Doris was a resident of Iowa at the time of passing. She received her education from the Grundy Center Community Schools graduating in 1957. Doris was married to Mervin. A memorial service for Doris will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday April 24 2017 at the American Lutheran Church in Grundy Center with Pastor Luther Thoresen officiating. Burial will follow at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Grundy Center. A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday April 23 2017 at Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home in Grundy Center.
