I GOT HAIRBEAR STARTED WITH SOME GAMES IN NORWICH OVER 30 YEARS AGO. WE OFFICIATED HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL GAMES MANY, MANY TIMES. HE WAS ALWAYS CALM AND TAUGHT ME HOW TO STAY CALM IN TIGHT SITUATIONS OVER MY 40 YEARS. WHEN I RETIRED, HAIRBEAR SAID HE WOULD SEE ME IN HIS 41ST YEAR. OUR FRIENDSHIP WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
