John was born on August 8, 1926 and passed away in December 2018. John was a resident of South Dakota at the time of passing. John worked on the family farm until he was drafted into the Army in February of 1945 serving 13 months in Okinawa. * * * * * * * * * * * * * Funeral services for John Lindwurm, 92, were held on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church in Burke with Pastor David Schmidt officiating.
