Judith was born on July 10, 1941 and passed away on Friday, July 8, 2016. Judith was a resident of Chipley, Florida at the time of her passing. She was married to David M. Solger. A celebration of life will be held 7P.M. Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Jerry May officiating. Obert Funeral Home of Chipley, Florida in charge of arrangements. A light reception will be held in the fellowship hall following the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the following: Chipola College Foundation, Ear marked for: Washington County TSIC. Mailed to: Chipola Foundation, 3094 Indian Circle, Marianna, Florida 32446 in memory of Judith Solger.
