Bill (Kelley) & family - Our Heavenly Father knows best. He has given your loved one the rest she needed from all her earthly cares & woes. Judy was a terrific person and mom. Her passing will be greatly missed. She took our family in as her own when we moved to Washington and was our Pseudo Mother. She has left her legacy through her children and grandchildren. We love her as well and will miss her.
