Leon was born on December 15, 1977 and passed away in October 2018. Leon was a resident of Michigan at the time of passing. He was a 1996 graduate of Dundee High School where he lettered in wrestling and was a Runner-up State Wrestling Champ. At 7 p.m. Sunday , Lee's uncle, Deacon George Cousino, will lead in reciting the Rosary. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery, Dundee. Memorial donations may be made to "Leon Salenbien's Girls" for the benefit of his five daughters.

Lee was a quiet giant. A loving and caring man who will be sadly missed by all. Whenever I seen him, he always greeted me with a hug. So many memories of Lee growing up down the road from me! Lee and David always up to something crazy! My love and prayers go out to all of you.
