Mary Genevieve Mocol

Mary was born on April 13, 1924 and passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2016. Mary was a resident of Mankato, Minnesota at the time of her passing. She attended a one room country school house in Jackson County and later graduated from Heron Lake High School in 1941. Gen graduated from Mankato Commercial College. She was married to Herbert. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday November 5 2016 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Mankato with Rev. Andy Olsem officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Mankato. Visitation will be from 4-7 pm Friday with a 6:45 p.m. prayer service at Mankato Mortuary. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to: School Sisters of Notre Dame or Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Mankato or the donorâs choice.
