Minda G. Gamalinda

Minda is survived by her husband Emilio "Boy" Gamalinda, Jr. and seven children: Ronnie and wife Becky, Gene and wife Arlene, Emil and wife Jocelyn, Mary Lynn and husband Ramon, Marie Xenia, Dennis and wife Aileen, and Glen and wife Violeta. All are residents of southern California, USA. She has 16 beautiful grandchildren, Jennifer, Jaron, Allyssa, Christine, Ryan, Katrina, Sydni, Krista, Nikka, Lynzi, Larissa, Jonathan, Mariah, Mark, Dean, and Audri and one great- grand daughter, Riley. Minda suffered an aneurism in the brain in the afternoon of Monday, December 10 and wasn't able to recover from there. She expired at 11:10 pm on the Feast Day of our Lady of the Guadalupe, on December 12, few hours after her two sons, Ronnie and Gene, arrived from the Philippines. She expired at the ICU of St. Bernardine Hospital in San Bernardino, California. She was surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren and extended family and friends at the time of her death. She received the sacrament of the sick during her confinement in the hospital. Mama ( as family and friends call her) is a devout Catholic and had a devotion to the Our Lady of Guadalupe. She joined the Blessed Mother in heaven during her feast day on December 12, 2012.
