I just heard word of Randy's passing and send my condolences to the Bell family. Kathy and I loved having dinner with the General and Marianne at Dataw Island, SC, and in Rehoboth. I hit many tennis balls with Randy and the four of us also played mixed doubles. Good times, good friends, and real patriots both. Randy was a kind man of uncommon common sense. We'll miss him and may he rest in peace.

I am so sorry to hear of Dr. Bells passing. He was a kind Man and helped me get started in Ophthalmology as a Tech at Mercy Suburban Hospital.I have thought of him often since then. His Patients truly loved him. My heart goes out to his Family. God Bless
