Sadie Towler Buchschacher, 96, of Weatherford, formerly Baytown was born July 6, 1914 in Vivian, LA and went to be with the Lord Tuesday, July 20, 2010. She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and was a nurse at the old Baytown hospital. She had been a member of Memorial Baptist Church before moving to Weatherford. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernst E. Buchschacher; father and stepmother, Ovid Keach and Daphna Towler, Sr.; sister, Daphina Pearl Towler Curran; and brother, O. K. Towler, Jr. She is survived by her daughters, Callie Canfield Brooks of Weatherford and Lenora Canfield Dilmore of Friendswood; grandchildren and spouses, Reesa and Don Gillette of Bandera, Nicki and Terry Mahoney of Baytown, Debbie and Raymond Laytham of Weatherford, Pam Eberly of Baytown, Clifford and Marie Owens of Spring, Darryl Eberly of La Porte and David and Gay Eberly of San Antonio; six great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren. Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Thursday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Graveside services will be Friday, July 23, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery. She was a very loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed and loved all five generations of her family. She will be greatly missed by her family and fiends. Her family would like to say a special "thank you" to her caregiver, Barbara Cox and her hospice nurses. In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be made to Integra Care Hospice, 937 FM 1821 North, Suite A, Mineral Wells, TX 76067.
