Ted Bisbee

Ted Bisbee, 65, London, died Saturday, September 12, 2015, in his residence. Ted was born October 20, 1949 in Toledo, Ohio the son of Franco and Ethel (Chafin) Bisbee. He was retired from Armaly (Purex, Dial). Ted was a Vietnam veteran serving with the United States Army from 1968-1971, and was a member of the former VFW Post #1176, London, proudly serving as a member of the honor guard. He is survived by his wife: Shirley (Sheets) Bisbee; daughters: Lee Ann (Mike Payne) Elzey) and Shelly (Scott) Young all of Columbus; special daughter: Rebecca (Rodney) Rucker of London; step sons: Chris Schlosser of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; Ken Dixon of London; five Grandchildren; one great grandson. Ted was preceded in death by his parents; daughter: Elanie Pickerington. The family invites friends to call at the Rader-Lynch & Dodds Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 124 E. High St., London, Wednesday, from 10:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Paint Township Cemetery. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made, in Ted's memory, to the London MCDD, Special Olympics.
