Widad Mukhar was born in Jerusalem, Palestine on August 20, 1922 . She has been a resident of Stockton for over 22 years, and entered into peaceful rest on October 19, 2012. Beloved Mother to Fatina and husband Charles Abdallah, Nicola and wife Samira Mukhar, Nabil and wife Fatina Mukhar, Nazih and wife Rhonda Mukhar, George and wife Marlene Mukhar. Cherished Grandmother to Roseline Abdallah, Flavia and husband Joey Grose, Elias and wife Stephanie, Charles and wife Brandi Abdallah. Isaa and wife Nesreen, Lina, Pauline, and Christine Mukhar. Vivian and husband Ghatas Abudayeh, Eva, Ferdinand, Yvette, Ramzi, Widad, and Nerlie Mukhar. Devoted Great Grandmother to Nicole and Victoria Grose, Matthew, Joshua, and Caleb Abdallah, Kris-theja, Nicolas Mukhar, Layla and Dina Abudayeh. Adoring Sibling to Jaques , Assad, & Anton Saad, Madeline and Suaad. Widad was a respected elder in the community who was loved by all. She was appreciated and acknowledged for her talents and creative artistry. She prided in sharing with her family and others the accurate methods in craftsmanship and keeping family traditions truthful. She has been loved and respected throughout her life journey. She has always had a determined spirit and a desire to live life to the fullest. She has had many medical illnesses that attempted to keep her down, but her will and strength always conquered. It is in God's good grace that he has kept her here with us for 90 years. Her primary wish was to remain independent and living in her own home until the end of her days. Her prayer was to pass on in the comfort of her home. We thank God for honoring her prayers and wishes as she entered peacefully into his kingdom. Rosary Service Thursday October 25, 2012 6pm at Deyoung California Chapel Funeral Service Friday October 26, 2012 Mass Service at noon St. Luke's Church Commital at S J Catholic Cemetary Celebration of Life to follow at St. Luke's We would like to thank all the family and friends that have been there for Widad during her times of illnesses, and through the years. It is your support and love that aided her as she recovered. We would also like to thank you all during this grieving process and through this loss, we appreciate all the showers of blessings and love. May God Bless you and your families as you continue your journey.
