William was born on March 14, 1940 and passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2019. William was a resident of New York at the time of passing. Billy was born in Bangor on March 14, 1940 to the late Anthony J. and Iva I. (Fletcher) Arquiett and graduated from St. Lawrence Central High School in 1958. Arrangements are entrusted to Hammill Funeral Home in Winthrop where calling hours will be held Friday from 1- 3 PM and 5-7 PM. Bills Funeral Service Gathering will begin at the conclusion of calling hours around 7:00 PM. Burial will take place at St. Patrick Cemetery in the spring.
