Dr. Toomy you have given me the honor & pleasure of caring for you. I couldn't have had a be etter Dr. who lovingly cared for me. I will always remewmber sitting in your office talking about fishing. My prayers are with your family and especially Karen. Rest in the loving arms of our Lord & we will see you again someday. Rest peacefully my friend

Dr. Toomy cared for my husband and me in the year 2001when we moved from NY with insurance not accepted in VA until we qualified for Medicare. We had been traveling back and forth to NYC whenever I needed to see a doctor. He was a kind wonderful doctor with compassion and integrity. May God comfort his wife and family as they mourn the loss of one so true to his chosen profession. With deepest sympathy, Theodore and Joan Shelto, Afton, VA
