I spent several hours with Carole on Saturday afternoon in October during the weekend of our 50th high school reunion. She and I were friends from 1-12 grade and had not seen each other since high school. I rode with her to see her old home and then my old home and we had a wonderful time I was so happy to be reunited with her and am so
stunned and saddened to learn of her passing. She shared with me about her
faith in the Lord, as I did with her, and we talked about our parents. Randy, you may remember me. I was Lana Shirley -- had sisters, Rena, Donna and Naomi and we lived on Mackey's Hill
(N. 21st Street).
Carole was a special lady and I am so blessed to have spent the afternoon with her catching up on the last 50 years for both of us.
She told me about her sons and families
and how she enjoyed being a grandmother.
May God be real and close to you as you deal with your loss.

We are so sad to hear the news of Carole passing. It was shocking to say the least but we know she lived every day to the fullest. She will be truely missed.
All of our love to your family,
