I by chance just learned of Jera's passing. It has been years and years since we knew one another, but I remember her very well. Indeed Jera
was sweet, kind and so much more. Though decades have passed I occasionally have thought of not only Jera, but also Kappi and their dad
too. . In 1966 I remember an evening where all of us sang song into the wee hours of the morning. Jera's Dad, knowing my interest in politics (even though a Democrat) arranged a meeting for me with
Pat Bucannan and Richard Nixon leading to a job offer from RMN.
Had I taken that offer I well could have ended on as part of
Watergate. Pete, I remember you as being a proctor for new New York residents each taking their life insurance exams. There you were as I was taking this exam. Small world indeed.
I want to tell you all how very sorry I am now learning about Jera.
We have memories which now must carry us forward. We are each better for knowing Jera Tony Todd

As a child, Jera was always so kind to me and I was in awe of the picture of her in her flight attendant uniform! As adults, I so enjoyed every minute spent with Jera and Pete, both during visits and during our long phone conversations! I will miss my cousin very much and my world will not be the same without her in it.

Hi Jera, I know you are at peace and "flying around" in your new home. We are all heartbroken though to have to say "so long" to you too soon. We will take care of Kappi for you. I will miss our talks and your constant and sincere concern for everything around you. You have an amazing family, and Pete is doing much better. God bless and have fun!! love you

I can remember when Jera would bring her sister to our Trustees meetings. They would dance and be full of love and laughter. Peter and Jera touched many people with their genuine friendship. My deepest sympathy to the family, the gates of heaven were opened adding a new angel that will continue her journey of spreading love and laughter.

God gave us an angel and then God wanted Jera with Him in Heaven.†
