My deepest sympathy goes out to you Ms. Jacki and your family on the loss of your mother. A kind and friendly woman is whom she was. Never down and always smiling no matter what she was going through. Giving thanks to those whom helped her by making them feel welcomed and to talk about football would make her smile last forever. Thankful I am for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful and loved individual like Ms. V. Ball.

When I think back to the first time I met your mom - her sense of humor, light-heartedness and love of chocolate stand out. She loved life and you, Jackie - that was extremely apparent. Your mother-daughter bond is amazing. Everyone on my team loved supporting your mother and it was our honor and privilege to do so. May she rest in peace.

Jay and I met Val about 35 years ago and she was the best neighbour one could have on Tipperary Pass. Truly a wonderful, generous and delightful human being. To say it with one word, just simply noble. We will miss her very much!

I'm so sorry Jackie for the loss of your wonderful mom and my friend. Val and I met in business college when we were still in our teens and had many years of fun and mischief in Montreal before her move to the U.S.
She had the sunniest personality and was one of the most caring and positive people I have ever known. Your mom also had a great sense of humour - there was always a twinkle in her eyes. Val will be missed.

I've been friends with Val for about 50 years. What a wonderful person. She will be sorely missed. May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten. Don Detrow

I worked with Valerie at The Stone House, the doctors office mentioned in her obituary. She was beloved by patients and all of us who worked with her.

My mother , Velma, lived across the street from your mother. When mom had heart surgery at Christmas time, your mother invited my Aunt and I over. It was so nice especially at a very stressful time. Any time I was at moms taking care of things after she moved to my home, your mother always asked about her. She was a very compassionate lady! My sympathies and prayers are with you and your brother!
