Maria Boragine Obituary

Maria (Janson) Boragine, 30, of Georgetown, Massachusetts, passed away suddenly of a cerebral hemorrhage. Her loving family was by her side in her final hours. Maria was born on June 20, 1988 in Quito, Ecuador and became the adopted daughter of Mary Buechler-Janson and Paul Janson in August of 1991 along with her sister Emma. She lived in Georgetown and graduated from the schools there. She married the love of her life, Jeff Boragine on October 10, 2015. She and Jeff have run an ice cream shop, Jeff & Marias, in Groveland and have been very active in their community, contributing to Georgetown and Groveland and their schools in ways too numerous to list here. She enjoyed spending time with her sister Emma and with her pets especially her new puppy, Sundae. Friends and family were very important to Maria and she regularly enjoyed family dinners and parties with her extended family in the Georgetown, Salisbury and Merrimack Valley area. She is survived by her husband Jeff, her sister, Emma Janson and her parents, Mary and Paul Janson, all of Georgetown, Mass., Father-in-law, Ralph Boragine and his wife Linda, Mother-in-law, Debbie (Aleci) Hennessey and her husband Dave, Brother-in-law, Ralph Boragine and his wife Chela, Nephew, Cameron Boragine, all of Salisbury, Mass., Sister-in-law, Deanna and her husband Jay Bonanno, Methuen, Mass., Brother-in-law, Frankie Milone, Derry, NH, Sister-in-law, Kassandra Caruso and her husband Kenny, Nephews, Kenny and Zachary Caruso of Delray, Florida, Grandfather, Ralph Boragine Sr. and his wife Nina of Teano, Italy, Grandmother, Rosemary Boragine of North Andover, and many, many loving Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews, and many friends. The worlds light will be a little less for her passing. Family and friends were invited to attend Maria's Funeral Mass on Thursday, December 20th at 11AM which was celebrated in St. Mary's Church, Andover Street, Georgetown. Her interment followed in Harmony Cemetery, Georgetown. Family and friends were received by Maria's Family on Wednesday, December 19th from 4 to 9pm in the Conte - Giamberardino Funeral Home, 14 Pleasant Street, Georgetown.
