Christopher Karl Pancoast Sr.

Christopher Karl Pancoast Sr., age 72, passed away on July 30, 2025. Born in Columbus, Ohio, he was the beloved son of Peggy (Stockley) Pancoast and was raised in Bridgeport, Pennsylvania. Christopher will be remembered for his deep compassion, unwavering faith, and love of God. A devoted father and proud Philadelphia Eagles fan, he found joy in fishing, spending time with his family, and being in nature-especially the mountains and lakes. He was also deeply patriotic and loved his country. He is survived by his loving children: Deanna Jones (Chris), Christopher Pancoast Jr. (Dawnell), and Jason Pancoast; and his stepchildren: Tara Chavarria, Hope Wheaton (Walter), and Shaun Lattanze (Melissa). He is also survived by his brother, Arthur Tarlecki; sisters, Sherry Horrocks, Doris Blide (Jeff), and Tina Horrocks (Keith); 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and many dear nieces and nephews. Christopher was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Pancoast; his mother, Peggy Joy Pancoast; his sons, James and Michael Pancoast (twins); his brother, Randy Pancoast; his nephew, Ryan Horrocks; and his granddaughter, Julia Chavarria. Family and friends are invited to Christopher's Celebration of Life on Friday September 12, 2025 from 11:00am to 12:00pm at Raffeo-DiCecco Memorial Home located at 403 E Main St. Norristown, PA.
