Frances Hollingsworth Obituary

Frances Elsa Hollingsworth, passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025, in Scottsdale, Arizona Frances was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 23, 1942. Her parents were Charles and Elsa Scrafano and she was one of six children; James, Rose, Carmen, Louise, and Michael. She attended Our Lady of Good Counsel for primary school and Dominican Catholic High School. She graduated in 1960. Post graduation, she entered the Adrian Dominican Congregation and was a Nun for 10 years. She attended college and attained a Bachelor's Degree in Education and was a teacher for over 30 years. She concluded her career at Arrow Elementary School in Glendale, Arizona. Frances and her sisters owned a craft show business where they hosted craft shows in the Phoenix area. She was married to Claude Robert Hollingsworth until his passing in 1984. She is survived by Bobby Hollingsworth, his wife Lisa and their children Matthew and Tyler. She will be remembered with joy and love by her friends and extended family in Arizona, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Tennessee.
