Maria F. Camillo, 59, passed away on October 28, 2024 in Aztec, New Mexico, life long resident of Albuquerque.
Maria's life celebration will begin with a visitation on Thursday, November 7, 2024 starting at 11:00 a.m. with a service to follow at 11:30 a.m. at Salazar Mortuary located at 400 Third St SW, 87102. Maria will be laid to rest at Mt. Calvary. Family would like to invite everyone to the reception back to Salazar Mortuary following the graveside. Maria was a very kind and special person. I remember when I first met her. Felt like I had always known her. We took many hikes up Sandia mountains with my dogs. Even though she had a long hard health battle she never gave up and she stayed positive. We enjoyed having lunch together and having ice cream. She was one of the sweetest people I have ever known and I am blessed to have had her as a friend. Even though I moved away we still kept in touch. I will miss her so much. Rest in peace, angel.
