Paul was always a favorite cousin of mine. His laugh was infectious! My fondest memories of him include him taking me to swim in the ocean - to a little kid who was used to being pummeled by the waves, I was shocked that they didn´t knock him down and felt invincible being with him! Also had an epic memory of playing pool when I was about 11...maybe he taught me to play? And swinging my upside down when I was a toddler. I called it the "Liberty Bell" and would sing out "ding ding ding ding" and then giggle hysterically. We will miss you dearly Paul! All my love to Pat and my cousins.

Paul was not just a cousin, but a dear friend, when we were children and throughout our lives. We shared a love for nature and the outdoors, and just enjoyed each other's company, whether it was bike riding when I visited his family as a kid, or hiking through NJ pinelands, going to the beach, visiting the zoo, or walking the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. Although we lived in different states or halfway across the country, we managed to keep in touch and plan visits to our respective homes throughout most of our lives. We enjoyed much of the same music and also a deep love for dogs. I feel so privileged to have had Paul a part of my life. Even when health problems prevented us from visiting one another in more recent years, we always managed to keep in touch with phone calls and e-mails. I miss Paul and will always miss him.

Paul was the person that hired me at Sun Freight Ways. I will always be appreciative that he gave me the opportunity to work for him. He was a great Boss and became a wonderful friend. Spent a lot of time on the golf courses and made a lot of wonderful memories. I will miss my friend. I hope that I was able to give him some joy during his last months as he struggled. I would stop by to see him and enjoy a cold beer and reminisce about old and good times. May he rest in peace. Thanks for being a Boss and Friend.

Uncle Paul loved music. When I was young, he introduced me to quite a few bands but the one that sticks out the most was The Doors. I remember being at the house and watching as he played the guitar thinking how cool it was. I loved going ice fishing and camping with him and my dad and all of the cousins numerous times a year and watching all of the guys play poker and smoke their tobacco pipes during parties while us kids ran around like heathens. A lot of my childhood was spent at his house swimming and cooking with my cousins and listening to music and Uncle Paul was always the first to pull a prank on one of us kids, or throw Aunt Pat in the pool to get a laugh. He was a great dude. The kind of guy that was easy to talk to, made you feel important, and always asked good questions. I am lucky that his kids got a lot of his great traits and I get to experience more of that. He will be sorely missed by all, and I am thankful that he is finally at peace.
