Nancy Christophersen Obituary
The former Nancy Lee Klingberg was born on Thursday, March 21, 1935, in Beloit, Wisconsin, the daughter of Frank and Gladys (Holmes) Klingberg.
Nancy married Donald Edward Christophersen on November 11, 1950. Don preceded her in death on May 31, 2007. Nancy worked with her husband on the family farm for many years. She also worked for several years as a machinist at Yates America in Beloit, and Admiral Corporation in Harvard, Illinois, and as a CNA at Sun Valley Terrace in Beloit. Nancy attended Cornerstone Church for many years until her health no longer aloud her to do so.
Nancy is survived by her children, Cathy Meyers, Rickey Christophersen, Gary Christophersen, and Don Christopherson; along with many grandchildren an great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by here parents; husband; sons, Dennis Christophersen, Harrison Christophersen, and Edward Christophersen; grandsons, Chad Christophersen, and Travis Christophersen; granddaughter, Kendra Christopherson; sisters, Wanda Walters, and Beatrice Faulkner; and a son-in-law, Michael Meyers.
Graveside committal services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Newark Cemetery, 8856 West Beloit-Newark Road, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511. Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home, 424 Prospect Street, Beloit, Wisconsin 53511 is honored to be assisting the family. Online condolences can be shared with the family at www.hansengravitt.com
