When I attended Medaille College from 1979-1981, all of the instructors were addressed by their first names. I was in Tim's history course in the Fall of 1979. He appeared as passionate about learning as he was about teaching. I vividly recall him showing the class slides from when he served in Vietnam. I just saw his wife's death notice in the Buffalo News and learned at that time that he had passed away last year. Tim, thank you for your service to our country, and my belated condolences to his family.
