Angie Greene Obituary

Angie Greene, 49, of Covington, passed away on Sunday, October 5 at her home. She was employed at Smokin in Covington and formerly worked at the Covington Wal-Mart. All throughout her life, Angie enjoyed being with her family. Growing up, she played soccer for a number of years with her sister, Cassie. Her love of family extended to helping to raise her nephews who considered her a "third momma" along with their grandmother. Angie was also know for her love of pets, including her dogs Gizzy and Angel. She is survived by her father, Gerry Greene of Clarksville, TN; her sister, Cassie Greene of Covington; and two nephews, Cody Carter of Covington and Drew Carter of Powell, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Gayle Greene. Cremation services are under the direction of Covington Funeral Home with no services planned.
