Danielle De'Ette (Wright) Brooks was born on April 25th 1984, at Josephine Memorial Hospital, in Grants Pass, Oregon to her father Leonard Wright Jr. and mother Angela Jones (Maze).

Danielle died on December 24th 2016, with her spouse Christopher Brooks Sr. at their home in Anchorage, Alaska.

Danielle graduated from Charter College in 2014 as a Certified Medical Assistant. She worked at the Laser Vein Center of Alaska. Danielle loved her job and talked about it all the time. We are very proud of her accomplishments.

Danielle was married to Christopher Brooks Sr. on February 26th 2016, officiated by the Justice of the Peace in Anchorage, Alaska. It was a small gathering. In attendance was Christopher's Brooks mother and sister. Danielle's mother, step father and son were also in attendance. She was happy.

Danielle was a loving wife and mother. Her son meant everything to her. Danielle once said, "I love my son to death he is the best thing that has happened to me. When he was born, I changed my life for him." Danielle also loved her family and friends deeply. She was a driven person and could accomplish anything she set her mind to.

Her smile was something you could never forget it would light up a room and your heart, it was radiant with a hint of mischief. If you were sad her smile would make you happy, mad it would make you laugh. Her smile was one of a kind and will live on in our hearts just like the beautiful woman the smile belonged to.

Danielle is preceded in death by; grandparents Dale and Gwen Walden, uncle Kevin Maze, aunt Athena Jones, cousins Ricky Jones Jr., Dana Jones and Jennifer Wright.

Danielle is survived by; her son, her parents Kyle and Angela Maze, her father Leonard Wright Jr, her grandparents Leonard Sr. and Mildred Lykens, grandparents Marvin and Connie Maze, her brother Nathan and his wife Jaclyn Wright, her nephews Adian and Kaelin, her nieces Tessla and Zuri, her brothers John and Jeremiah Wright, her aunts Caron, Teresa, Dana, Jennette, Connie, Lori, Kristie, Korey, Kara and Katie, her uncles, Art, Rick, Darin, David and Jerry. Numerous cousins in Alaska, California, Florida, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

A beautiful life gone way before her time. Danielle's family and friends will feel this loss forever. She will always be remembered, always and forever in our hearts.

A memorial of Danielle's life will be held on Saturday January 14th at 2:00 pm at Legacy Funeral Home 1707 S. Bragaw St.

We love you Danielle. Until we meet again my beloved Danielle De'Ette! (Psalms 37: 29 & Revelations 21:3-4)

Danielle had an amazing smile and attitude that you never knew what was coming lol!! You never knew what she was gunna say!! She had the biggest heart but don't ever make her mad When I was prgo with my 2nd son and worked with her in the kitchen of ANTHC but we worked under (Nana) someone dropped eggs on the floor and I slipped on them... she went crazy on the whole kitchen haha yelling "who the ... dropped eggs on the floor and didn't clean them up.... we got a pregnant woman here!" Haha that's when I knew she was crazy lol no I knew her smile from kiddy school and she knew how to light up a room!! Her son was her world!! She lived and breathed for him!! Everything she has done was for him!! Rest in paradise my friend!! I know you'll be watching over all of us laughing when we do something wrong ☺ your gone but you'll never be forgotten!! Prayers to her family and friends!!

They say that no parent should have to suffer the loss of a child, and my family certainly feels for your families.

The picture in this memorial is how I remember her... almost like she's saying "I'm not gonna, and you can't make me!"
