I am sorry to hear about the loss of Gene. I worked with him on the pipeline in the 70's. A fine man that will be missed.

Mary: Very sad to see this notice in the paper this morning. I remember Gene fondly as one of my favorite "pipeliners" to work with. And what a treat it was to see him again -- and meet you -- in 2006. My thots are with you.

My sincere condolences to Gene's family and many friends. I became acquainted with Gene during the 1970's, when he was a senior representative of Peter Kiewit Son's and I was a young engineer working for the State of Alaska. I remember Gene as a solid guy, always the professional, and I enjoyed knowing him for many years. R.I.P. old friend!

R. I. P. Gene Kulawik. My deepest condolences to your wife and family.
A great man he was, and honored to say I worked with him at Peter Kiewit & Sons (PKS), Kiewit Pacific Company, etc., as secretary in the 80's.
