Laurie Wilmoth Obituary
Services and visitation will be held on Sunday February 17th at 1-3 p.m. at Janssen's Evergreen Memorial Chapel, 737 E Street. A Celebration of Life and Potluck to follow the funeral service at the Bayshore Club House, 3131 Amber Bay Loop.
Laurie grew up here in Anchorage and was a wonderful caring and sharing child. She had a very dynamic personality, and wasn't afraid to speak her mind. Laurie loved her children; she was best friends with her daughters and very devoted to her sons. Family was very important to Laurie. She worked very hard on improving the quality of her life.
Laurie enjoyed gatherings with family and friends. She also enjoyed dancing, music, concerts, and comedies and usually was the life of the party. Her playful spirit will be what her family misses most about her.
Proceeding Laurie in death is her Grandmother Beverly Wilmoth of Sunrise Beach Missouri; Uncles Dan and James Wilmoth of Anchorage; Aunt Donna Crawford and, great grandparents Sylvia and Vernon Ross; brother Matthew Wilmoth and Aunty Denise Dovell of Arizona.
She is survived by her children Amber E. Cramer 20, Autumn E. Cramer 17, Adam Ross 9, Aiden Pines 2; mother Lorna D. Roberts; father Matthew B. Wilmoth and wife Toni of Sunrise Beach Missouri; brothers Jeremiah Wilmoth and wife Julie, Billy Wilmoth; sisters Elaina Matlock and husband Paul, Deborah and Rebekah Wilmoth of Anchorage, Danielle and Cheyenne Wilmoth of Sunrise Beach, Missouri; grandparents Anna B. Philo of Houston, Alaska and Harold Roberts of Anchorage; aunties Christina Roberts, Teresa Roberts, Sylvia Smith of Anchorage, Julia Lee of Caswell Lakes, and Marta Dovell of Anchorage. Close cousins Marta Sue Urbanowiski of Arizona and Chastity Dovell of Anchorage. As well as many nieces and nephews she loved dearly. There were countless friends who she called "Family". And special note of love and thanks to Fred Cramer, Larry Valdez and Clifton Pines who were always there for Laurie over the years.

When i left AK you were one of my last meaningful conversations. I wish your family well on the 20th anniversary on the loss of a truly genuine openly,true person. I am very sorry for your families loss. Laurie was a good friend. We had a lot of fun hanging out together. Even though we hadn't seen her in a long time I always wish people from my past nothing but the best. A very sad day for sure, may she rest in peace.
