I met Margaret when she was in Seattle dancing with her friend Lynda. Margaret had a part-time waitressing job at Harry's where we both worked. We met up in Anchorage for a week and we had a great laugh with her mom and dad about opening a restaurant in Anchorage named after her dad - Charlie's. When she was living in West Hollywood and dancing on cruise ships, we partied with a woman's softball team in SD, a large country western place with an electric bull, CW dancing, and tons of fun. We were in our 20s. Margaret always had an even temperament and an infectious laugh that would draw you in to her. She also had a big sweet heart. My memories of Margaret are all lovely. A great human being with a wonderful spirit. Blessings.

What a wonderful person! I spent many childhood hours in a dance studio with Margaret who indeed could do it all. Later, I saw firsthand her work at Alpine Alternatives where I served on the board for a short time. The world has lost a lovely person who gave much to it in her time here.

Margaret (Junior) and her mother Margaret (Senior)were part of Anchorage's rich dance heritage. Her spirit to help others will be missed! My sincere condolences to her dearest close friends.

Margaret and I grew up in Anchorage Civic Ballet, then moved from Anchorage to Seattle together at age 17/18: our first time living away from home. It was exciting and new and ALWAYS fun, with Margaret. We parted ways when I moved on to San Francisco and she to Los Angeles. Only back in Anchorage a short while, and now i will always miss her.

One of my dearest childhood friends-Camp Fire girls, jumping on the trampoline and snitching Almond Rocca out of your mom's candy dish are some of my favorite memories. Rest in peace.
