Paula Quesnoy Obituary

Paula Jean Quesnoy, 46, went home with Jesus on November 14, 2011 at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cremation Society of Alaska, 7216 Lake Otis Pkwy, Anchorage.

Paula was born May 14, 1965 in Renton, Washington to Paul G. and Hannah P. Bese. She came to Alaska in January, 2000 and made her home in Anchorage. She started her career as a deli manager at the 15th and Gambell Carrs then moved to Fred Meyer as a deli manager. She was a member of Doyon, Ltd Corp.

She loved her cats, creating her farm at home on her computer. She met the love of her life, Phil Qualls and they were planning a future together. She loved her siblings very much and would call her mom every time they argued (and vice versa). She was outgoing and fun and loved to be with people.

She is preceded in death by her father, Paul G. Bese, uncles, John Bese, Edison Peters, and aunts, Helen Reed, Dorothy Strickland, Sarah Gattschalk, and Mae Wallis.

She is survived by her mother, Hannah P. (Bese) Peters, Fairbanks daughter, Teshia V. Hutchinson, Oregon; the love of her life, Phillip Qualls, Anchorage; brothers, Daniel H. Bass, Georgia; William H. Bass(Cindy), Anchorage; Jon Hoel, Texas; Robert Lague (Tammy), Anchorage; sister, Diane Autumn Rain (Herb), Anchorage; adopted sister, Kanoi (Matt), Anchorage; aunts, Ida Williams, Fairbanks; and Mary Hardy, Fairbanks; uncles, Gordon Bese, Kent, WA; Richard Bese, Oregon; and David Bese, Washington; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives in all parts of the world
