Jane, my dad is Bob Matricia and he just called to say R.D. had passed. So sorry for your loss. He stated R.D. was like a brother to him as they grew up working the farm together and he had lots of fond memories of their fishing trips down the Tippecanoe River. Dad can't be at the funeral but wanted you to know he was thinking of you and your family during this diffcult time.

Mr. Perdue will be greatly missed by all. Bob and Jane were always so nice to us while we lived in Lafayette just down the road from them. We were close friends with Terry & Tammy and their family. Our sympathy goes out to the entire Perdue family for such a sad loss. But, rest assured that Bob is in God's hands now earning his wings!

I'll always remember the 4th of July I went fishing with my Grandpa and I caught a big small mouth bass (so big my mom had it stuffed) and he only caught a little bitty fish that day. I was pretty young and he always joked about how I caught a bigger fish than him. It was always good to spend time with Grandpa Perdue.

I love you and miss you a bunch, Grandpa!
