Mr. Pilgreen was our student council sponsor at AHS. During one trying time of organizing some Homecoming activity, he wrote a meaningful note to buoy our spirits. "Keep the faith," he said - just as he lived it. God speed, Mr. Pilgreen. God bless your family.

My deepest sorrows to your family, Mr. Pilgreen was my art teacher in the 8th grade at Chaparral Jr. High back in the late 60's. I learned a lot of talent that I didn't know I had and still use them today. And I remember you, Karen, when you and Mr Pilgreen, would come in to eat at K-Bob's here in Ruidoso. My prayers are with you. BeBe "Veronica" Salas
