Dennis Uribe Obituary
He is preceded in death by his parents, Jesus D. Uribe and Micheline H. Uribe of Agua Dulce, Texas, and his in-laws Alfredo and Francisca Garza of Alice, Texas.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years of marriage Maria Alma G. Uribe of Alice, Texas, his four sons Dennis G. (Marivel) Uribe Jr. of Pflugerville, Texas, Ray Allen (Rebecca) Uribe of Hutto, Texas, Stephen Michael (Carmen Sanchez) Uribe of Alice, Texas, and Christopher Andrew (Laura) Uribe of Universal City, Texas.
Other survivors include one sister Julia H. U. (Romeo) Trevino, of Temple Texas, his grandchildren Stephen Michael Uribe Jr., Dominique Matthew Uribe, Alyssa Jenese Uribe, Elena Sanchez Uribe, Cassielle Vylette Uribe, Jacob Allen Uribe, Emily Rae Uribe, and Adelynn Rose Uribe, cousin Henry F. (Georgia) Uribe, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitations will be held on Friday, July 26, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. at Rosas Funeral Home with a holy rosary recited there at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, July 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will follow at New Collins Cemetery.

Dear grandpa I really miss you with all my heart I do remember all the times you and grandma will always come to watch me with my sports I do know y'all both cheered me on y'all both gave me money after my games y'all took me out to eat after all my games and I will always run up to you and and grandma and give y'all the biggest hugs and kisses because that is how much we all loved each other but now you ain't here to were I can't see you I can't see you in person with all this stuff that happened to you I wish I can still see you in real life like I do see grandma I wish she had a ride to my games to come watch me play I wish my mom was able to take her but she works I always think about you in my bed and I lay there and just cry and looking up I pray for grandma to so that way she does not pass yet y'all mean everything to me I was really sad that you could not make it to my quince I wanted to dance with you and grandma but know I can't only with grandma it is okay I am going to play a song for you I hope you were alive still grandpa I miss you a lot like I do grandma when I go see grandma I sit next to her for a while and always lay where you sleep just for you.I am having grandma coming to my quince hope you where there Love you rest in peace grandpa.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Love Alyssa Uribe your grandchild love you ❤❤❤

Condolences to The Urbie Family. I had the pleasure of working with Dennis at GTE/Verizon /CWA for 30 years. My Family Grew up in Agua Dulce . Dennis was the kindest man you would ever want to meet. Always a smile, and was always there to help. Never heard him say a bad word about anyone. I know he will be sorely missed by his family. Fly high brother , you earned your crown of thorns..
