HENRY MORENO

HENRY MORENO Henry Moreno, age 64, was called home to join his parents on Monday, March 3, 2025 after a short aggressive illness. Henry was born on October 31, 1960 to his parents, Noe and Alba Moreno. He graduated from San Diego High School in 1979 and attended Texas A & I University where he received a bachelor's degree in Music. He was a music teacher at San Diego ISD for many years. Henry would also play his trumpet with serval mariachi groups and volunteered to play Taps for funerals. He was an active member of St. Frances De Paula Catholic Church. Henry was a loving and caring man who devoted his life to his parents and his cats. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Noe Moreno and Alba Lopez Moreno. Henry is survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at Garza Funeral Home in San Diego, Texas with a Rosary at 11:00 a.m. that morning. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at St. Francis De Paula Catholic Church in San Diego, Texas. Interment will follow at San Diego Cemetery in San Diego, Texas.
