Mr. 'Bitter' graduated with my Mom in 1945 from OHS. I was honored to have met your Dad & Mom at some of the class reunions. My thoughts & prayers are extended to the Brooks family, during this difficult time.

Bitter was such a dear brother in law to me. We always had a lot of laughs and talked about our golden memories on the telephone every Saturday morning. He loved the Lord and is with Him now and his beloved Bettye, my sister. David, Kim, Scott and families, God bless you with comfort and sweet happy memories of your dad.
Love you all very much,
Aunt Sarah

This was my Uncle Bitter! He had a wonderful outlook on life..... always happy and never met a stranger. If you ran into him at the grocery store, the health club or church....he was always visiting with someone. One thing for sure is he loved my Aunt Bettye! They are together again in heaven. You will be missed Uncle Bitter!
