My thoughts and prayers are with my old friend from High School, Brownie. And to Bonnie and their children. And my love to Mary Jean and her family.

Such sadness when I learn of the passing of past acquaintances. I grew up in Ames, in fact, across the street from Otopaliks. When Brownie and Mary Jean were young and I was a younger yet, they had a white collie named, with the originality only children can bestow on their pets, "Whitey". I even have an oil painting of Brownie's home and yard complete with Whitey, painted by yet another neighbor, Dr. Wellhouse. My sympathy goes out to Brownie's wife, his children, to Mary Jean and all the patient's that he surely saw over the years.
God Bless.
