Chandler S. Coffey

Chandler, age 25, passed away on Monday, December 22, 2025 at his home in Ponchatoula, LA. He recently enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was proud to serve and excited for the future ahead. Known as the life of the party, Chandler had a natural gift for making people laugh and feel at ease. He loved taking rides with the music turned up, enjoying the simple freedom of the moment. Kind, sweet, and always cutting up he had a way of making everyone around him smile. Chandler was an exceptional young man with a heart of gold and will be forever missed.

He is survived by his parents, Nicole Crum and Patrick Coffey Jr.; sister, Demi Coffey; brothers, Liam Crum, Joshua Autin; grandparents, Connie Walker, David and Lillian Crum, Lynn Marie and Patrick David Coffey Sr.; uncles, Dillon Walker, Brian Crum; aunts, Cheyenne Crum, Jessica Graft (Kelly); cousins, Cody Hill, Matthew Hill, Justin Hill, Emily Hill, Brandon Walker, Kyle Walker, Halie Walker; and numerous extended family members.

Chandler is preceded in death by his brother, Daverick Coffey; uncle, James Coffey; and great-aunt, Peggy Walker.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked that everyone bring small evergreen trees so the family can plant them in memory of Chandler.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home at 12012 Hwy 190 W. Hammond, LA 70401 on Friday, January 2, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Pastor Reid Day will officiate.
