Steven Knott passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, in Tickfaw, Louisiana, at the age of 69. He was born on Friday, July 20, 1956 in Los Angeles, California to the late June and James Knott. He was a resident of Tickfaw, Louisiana. Steven served honorably in the U.S Army, after which, he owned and operated Pinnacle Helicopter for 15 yrs.
Steven is survived by his children, Stephanie Jones (Jamie), Dianna Cornish, Kevin Knott; grandchildren, Timothy Howell, Joshua Slocum (Kayla), Shelby Slocum Cornish, Jack Jones (Natalie), Joseph Slocum and Ella Jones; great-grandchildren, Joshua, Noah, Abby, Lakelynn, Evelyn, Daytona and Chloe; siblings, Yvonne Leilua and Ted Knott; numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved pets.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Knott; parents, June and James Knott; and sister, Cary Faye.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401, on Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Visitation will resume on Monday, September 8, 2025, 10:00 am until services begin at 1:30 pm.
Interment will follow in Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Cemetery, Tickfaw, Louisiana.
