Donald Glenn Young Obituary

Funeral service for Donald Glenn Young, 61, will be on Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. at the New Hope Baptist Church where Rev. Dennis McKinney is pastor and Rev. Contrell Jones, officiating. Interment will follow in Eden Hills Cemetery. Mr. Young passed away on February 9, 2017 at Regional Medical Center. Mr. Young's remains will arrive at the church one hour prior to his service. Mr. Young graduated from Anniston High School in 1975, and from Jacksonville State University. Survivors include his children, Detra D. Wilson (Tanaka), DraLisa V. Young and Donald L. Young; his mother, Verneeda T. Young; grandchildren, Alexis Murry, Mohogany Wilson, Aniya Wilson, Tanaka Wilson Jr., Kaedyn L. Young; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Rev. Lee D. Young; twin brother, Ronald L. Young, and nephew, Ronald L. Young Jr. Anniston Funeral Service Rev. Jeffrey C. Williams 256-236-0319
