It seems like yesterday that I first met Keith as he and Blaine were in flight school together. Vickie, when he brought you to the formal, I knew you HAD to be someone special as I'd never seen Keith with a date at any function before! I was right! You ARE special and were the perfect person for Keith. Jonothan, I was delighted to meet you - and, you and Trey were good buddies when we were all at Campbell together. Nicholas, I'll never forget Vickie showing me the "plus" sign on a pregnancy test when we knew you were coming. What a fabulous family. Your strength and love through a hard diagnosis and illness was a testament to your love for one another and for Keith.
Keith left a fabulous legacy of love, kindness, friendship and goodness that will never be forgotten. Thinking of you all!
Love, Bonnie

To Keith's family and friends,
I'm very sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you all.
I haven't kept in touch with Keith since our days as teens on the Granite City Army Depot back in the late 1970s, now some 30 years ago, but I was greatly saddened when I heard the news of his passing.
After all, some people you just don't forget, even if you grow up all over the world as so many of us have. In Keith's case, it was due to his character. You just knew he was one of the good guys in this world.
That stands out for me still, even after all these years.
RIP Keith.

Dear Vicky, Jonothan & Nicholas,
Delores and I are surprised and very saddened by the death of Keith. Being retired from the army myself, I love talking with the many fine military persons that come to and ship out from our street. Delores and I have lived here for 19 years and we consider you to be a fine permanent party along with some of our other neighbors. Keith's natural smile will be missed when our neighbors huddle at your end of the street to estimate the pending hurricanes, northeasters, and rain that overflows our lake which floods our homes...may loving memories lighten
the darkness of your days and may knowing that you're in the thoughts of others help you at this time
Blessings,
William and Delores Sykes

LTC Greene was among the nicest and most pleasant people I had the pleasure and honor of working with at the Joint Warfighting Center. The constant smile on his face and in his voice always brightened my day. I was heartbroken to hear of his passing. I pray for his family, that God will comfort them in their time of mourning.

To The Greene Family,
I met Mr. Greene through work and it was truly a pleasure to meet him and share stories about our children. I had the privilege to talk with him on several visits at the JWFC in Suffolk and he truly loved his family. he told me of his battle with Cancer and I wished him well. Please know that my prayers and thoughts are with you in this dark period of sadness. Just remember that GOD makes no mistakes and Mr. Greene is pleased to be home with the master of us all. Dear Vicky and Family,
I was blessed to get to work with Keith for many years in the Deployable Training Team at Suffolk. He was a true professional in every respect, a team player with a cooperative attitude, and a co-worker all of us enjoyed being with at work and on the road. God bless you in the tough days ahead, and may you always remember the good times you shared together as a family. Keith will never be forgotten by those who were fortunate to know him.

I pray that God will guide your family through the loss of Keith. Keith was a great friend at work. I met him several years ago. Being from Jacksonville AL, plus the fact that he and I were loyal fans of Alabama & Auburn football, we always had plenty of heart warming talks about the game in BAMA. Keith was a fine man and a patriot. We will all miss him dearly.

Dear Vicky, Jonothan, and Nicholas,
It was truly a privilege to have known this fine man for nearly nine years. Keith was the first person I met when I came to work at the Joint Forces Command. I will always cherish the times we spent as teammates traveling around the world, enjoying dinners out, drinking beers and telling stories, and our regular golf outings. He was a true patriot who served his country and adored his family. The world has lost a very special person, he touched so many lives and will be missed by everyone. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire Greene family. Dan and Chris Kruml
