Antie M… I have something special with all my nieces and nephews I believe. Some stronger than others because I have been around them more and some are still too young to have experienced life’s special moments yet. One of those special moments happened when Aaron found out that my ‘real’ name was Marychris. He had never heard that. So he started calling me Antie M. It was sort of a private joke, he would say Antie M and I would say, being a true Vermonter, ,no Aaron it’s Auntie, I am not a bug! It went on for years and it stuck. He is the only one who called me that, and tho there were many, many more fond memories and little moments…that will be one of my favorites. It was our little thing. We will miss him beyond words ,and yet there are no words. Ray and Laurie, we love you, we are family. We will be strong for you. Shawnie and Allie, Uncle Bob and I are here for you always, anything you need. Your Cousins Chelsea, Caitlyn and Michael are here for you. We are family. We are strong. We are always in your back pocket.

Lauren, I just found out this morning and wanted you to know that our love and prayers are with you and your wonderful family. Denis remembers the summer he and Aaron hung out and how much fun you all had. Being with you guys, singing in the car, going to the beach was much better than being at camp all day and are memories that we will both share forever. Thank you so much for sharing that summer with us, my heart is just breaking for you and we are praying for you and your family. Much Love Katie and Denis Daley

Dear Sheppard family,
Our hearts ache for your loss. Our family will continue to hold yours up before God's throne of grace in prayer as you face the days ahead. Our paths crossed briefly with Aaron when he was on a little league team with our son Brian. They later went to Wall High and the Culinary Institute together. Please allow me to share the following quote with you that was given to me by a dear friend just a few weeks after she lost her oldest son. "God is too good to be unkind, He is too wise to be mistaken, and when you can't trace His hand, you must learn to trust His heart."
Sincerly,
The McDonough family
